I'm trying a Snom 320 phone. This is the first phone I've provisioned via 3CX, my other phones I've configured manually.
I was able to use option 66 to download the phone's configuration, but I'm confused about BLF.
I had thought I'd be able to set the BLF lights on the phone so if another extension was in use, the BLF would illuminate.
Under phone provisioning I see the other extensions, and assign them to BLF entries. I also see shared park entries, and I've assigned some of those, too (although I'm using the free version and I'm not sure shared park is supported).
Regardless, when I make a call from extension 101, it doesn't illuminate anything on my new Snom phone (extension 102).
Am I doing something wrong? Or am I just looking at this wrong?
