Snom 320 voicemail pin problem

I am using a snom 320 phone and a linksys spa921 phone. When i try to access my voicemail on the snom 320, it will not accept the pin number, but it accepts the extension number fine. It works with the linksys no problem. Do i have to configure the snom`s keypad for 3cx.

hi, if i swap the phones over. the linksys works on any extension, but the snom will not work on any of them. It is like the 3cx system does not recognise the keytones when entering the pin number.. Clutching at staws now lol .
