Snom 710 3CX V20 on premise no mute no hold

I upgraded a 3cx from v18 to v20 on premise. I use pwa application only solution to have application in pair with the phone. On snom 710 the mute and hold functions on the app remain grayed out and are not clickable

I am not sure i understand you correctly. You use the pwa with cti to the phone and want to hold the call with the pwa app on the phone?

I use the PWA application in CTI because the windows application does not allow CTI mode on the V20, on the snom 710 phones I cannot put on hold or mute, however I can transfer the call
