In May 2020 Snom and 3CX announced a big partnership regarding the support of M900:

https://www.snom.com/press/die-dect-revolution-wachst-weiter-snom-3CX/

To date I haven't seen any improvements on the integration nor can I call from the webclient using a dect phone on the m900. On the non-3cx-hosted version I was able to add a custom parameter to change this, but on the hosted version this not possible any more.

Currently to me this looks like a partnership for marketing the M900 without any efforts for actual improvements. Will we see any improvements out of this cooperation in the future?

Hi @MeKoDo

To put it in simple terms, by integration what was meant is that the M900 will become supported by 3CX and you can provision it like you could with the M700 before.

As for remote-control from the webclient, this is not available with any of the DECT devices (Snom/Yealink/Gigaset). We only support remote-control of single account devices (ie. deskphones).

There are no plans to add remote control of DECT in the near future at least.

In hosted-by-3CX instances you don't have access to parameters, so it is not an option I'm afraid.
