Snom D315 not updating internal phonebook

Hi,
as the title says I am seeing that no update is pushed to the internal phonebook (the one you reach pressing the Directory button).
Rebooting or reprovisioning the phones doesn't help.
Any tips?

I reset them and they appears in the list

Just to clarify, you now have factory reset and is working?

Yes if i factory reset the phone it works correctly (it shows all the updated extensions)

The firmware is 10.1.141.10

Yes! Same LAN and ip class

On the phone directly, go to the phonebook and press to update.
