SNOM D335 no missing calls

Hi all,

I recently moved 2 x Snom D335 deskphones from another 3CX instance. On the old 3CX instance the deskphones showed a "call missed" notification on the screen when they could not answer the phone (through callqeues).
Our issue is that on the new 3CX instance the missed calls are not showing in the history on the deskphones anymore (also no notification). If i use ringgroups the missed calls are saved in the history and a notification is presented.
I triple checked the settings of old and new.

What am i doing wrong or missing here?

Hi,

Call queues do not leave missed calls.

I think you need to recheck your call flow on the older instance if you believe otherwise.
