Snom D385 Dark Theme after Upgrade to V16.0.641

Hello! After the latest upgrade of my 3CX (16.0.641) and SNOM D385 phones (10.1.54.16) the phones are no longer provisioned with the default light theme but with the dark theme which has a very bad readability due to a bad choice of colors (white and blue fonts on light grey background). Was this change made intentionally? How can I change the default theme that will be used when the phones are reprovisoned?

Thanks! Unfortunately reprovisioning the phones did not help. Also a full reset to factory defaults followed by a reprovisioning did not help. Maybe things are different with the D385...

Okay thats interesting. When I choose the default 3CX logo the theme colors are perfectly readable. As soon as I choose a custom background logo the theme colors change to the white fonts on light grey background version...
