I have a 3CX system I am setting up, I have provisioned a phone it was working perfectly.

Then I needed to use a custom template so I removed the phone from the extension on 3CX, did a factory reset on the SNOM ( holding # on startup )

The phone fully reset except the line where I needed to set the provisioning server was greyed out with the following inside which is unchangeable. I now have 3 phones in this state which are brand new.

Any guidance on how to actually reset or re-provision these?

Phone is local ? same Lan as PBX ?

Factory reset from keys
phone powered
press **##
then stay on #
choose rescue mode
1 to factory reset

3CX is in Google Cloud, Public IP.

Phone is local lan, NAT to the internet.

Already done this, that is the problem. Resetting it resets it 99% but leaves this setting greyed out and unchangeable.

Ok So with STUN mode this is normal behavior you can't change provisioning link
Now your phone Mac adress is registred on RPS server, so config is always pushed with secure servers.

If you want to remove phones from RPS servers you need to let them 14 days out of connexion or ask 3cx support to remove your mac adress from RPS servers

Cheers for the help, this is fine. I have now contacted support, will await response so I can use these 4 handsets again!

Seems that support want me to buy a technical support ticket... this seems slightly crazy given I am locked out my own hardware, not provided the tools to remove my brand new locked down phones and now they want me to pay to do this... I have seen phones unlocked by representatives on these very forums...

You can ask the same on Snom support side, it can be free of charge , or need to find 3CX partner who has access to support and can do this freely for you.

If no other way let the phones 14 days out of connection to be removed alone from RPS servers
