3cx reports that firmware from 3cx site is not supported, 10.1.175.0(from 3cx site) or this version 10.1.175.10 (from snom site),
what can i do?
i am using V18

The firmware provided by 3CX is the supported firmware.

Any other firmware version, whether this is older or newer will be flagged as unsupported.

Which firmware is loaded onto the phone? Trigger a firmware update from the 3CX server and the snom phone will update to the relevant, supported firmware.

no, i cant download from 3cx site, it downloads in 2 % and stops with error, but i downloaded to my own system.
3CX reports it is not supported.

Is this a local telephone connected to an on premises PBX?

If this is the case, you would need to have split DNS configured on your network. The firmware updates are done via HTTPS, so you would need to have a secure connection to the 3CX server in order to do this upgrade.
