Snom D717 firmware update error. Snom link works, 3CX does not.

I get error 98 when trying to update my Snom D717 from the 3cx admin web interface.

If I manually upgrade with this address
https://downloads.3cx.com/downloads...areupdates/snom/snomD717-10.1.73.16-SIP-r.bin
It fails error 98

If I manually upgrade with this address
https://downloads.snom.com/fw/10.1.73.16/bin/snomD717-10.1.73.16-SIP-r.bin
It is successful

Same phone, same network.

Is it possible that Snom has an issue with the link on Cloudflare?

Hello,

Your question should best be directed at Snom, as they are the only ones that can answer that.

It might have something to do with the version of current firmware that you are using rather than with cloudflare.

If you want to update using the 3CX servers try this URL instead:
