How many devices, just one? If so then please factory reset it and reprovision it and let us know what happens.

Please note that for on premise systems, Split DNS is mandatory if you want the Snom to be able to upgrade its firmware. This is a V20 requirement: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/split-dns-on-prem/
