Snom D735 double beep during call

Our customer sometimes hears a double beep during the call. The are using snom D735 phones. During the beeps (very short) they don't hear the other party.

What could this be?

I've found a simular tread on the forum but with android phones.

Hi,

A couple of things to check:

1. You've enabled "Accept Multiple Calls" on your extensions. During their call, another call arrives, causing the beep.

2. It could be coming from the provider, it might not be the Snom at all (unlikely, check 1. first)

Accept multiple calls is unchecked. And they also have it with internal calls.

Hi John

You don't have to investigate any time for the moment. I just wanted to know wat it could be. We asked the customer to configure QoS on his firewall to give priority to voice traffic to our 3cx in the azure cloud.

No problem, you should look up the Snom documentation, they will be in a better position to tell you what features/functions generate beeps in their phones.
