Thanks Katerina. I was wondering if you have any insight into the newly available phones in North America, the D812, and D815. They appear to be shipping without SBC support. leaving no good SNOM routerphone option in Canada if the current stock of 865 and 862 run out.

@KaterinaK_3CX , These models (D856 and D862) are not available in North America. As per the Snom American rep we were told that only the D812 and D815 models will be available for release in North America (with SBC support), but only once (and if) 3CX adds these models to the supported list of phones.

Do you know when/if these models will be supported by 3cx?

Long story... We had a new customer with this telefon and the sbc wasnt working / starting. Long phonecalls with snom and 3cx later, the problem was the firmware. The fix from Snom was released at the beginning of 2024 but not approved by 3cx since than. So we had to go the unsupported firmware way.

This was built later in July so the fix you are interested in should already be included.

We have purchased a few of the Snom D862, We cannot get any of them to act as a SBC router phone. The phone will show the BLF and line keys but says not registered and keeps popping SBC error every few seconds. I have tried this on a few different networks to make sure it weas not firewall. I have a yealkink 54W router phone with no issues. Following all documentation cannot find a resolve to this.
