Hi everyone,

I have several issues with snom D8 series.
No outgoing tone.
BLF keys no longer appear during a transfer.
Unable to forward a call with BLF keys.
Can you help me ?

Hi,

There is a planned firmware update that should release soon, which fixes a number of issues including the ones mentioned above.

The firmware will be released with the final release of V18 Update 8, or shortly after provided that the testing doesn't reveal any significant issues.

I've installed the latest firmware (10.1.159.12) on the D862, but the same problems with the BLF's still exists. Do I have to change something?

Hi Jessica,

While you are in a call, press one of the BLF buttons and it returns you to the BLF screen

That is not available on these phones. You have the following options:

1. Either Press a BLF to Blind Transfer directly

2. Or Press the Transfer button, and dial a number or pick from the phonebook.

it should be chooseable like at Yealink-Phones,that the BLFs works as Blind or as Attended Transfer.

Well, why the main functionnal option is not available ?
The option 1 is ok but the blind transfer its not the first option the client choose.
For the option 2, where is the interest of BLF key?

The options are ultimately defined by Snom, so I would recommend to get in touch with them and request this.
