I've installed a provisioned this phone but no no longer log in to the phone UI

Searching the forum is talks about

Authentication details used by phones & apps. Reprovision after a change

I've tried the password there but not able to log in

What am I missing?

From where exactly are you getting the credentials?

Hello,

When I installed the phone I could connect to the phone ui page via it's ip address.

I then went in to 3cx and assigned the phone to a user.

Once I did that now not able to connect to the phones ui as 3cx has changed the user / password

Yes this is expected as upon provisioning the PBX will create a new password.
In V18 however you can see this password under the Phone Provisioning tab of the extension:
