Solved Snom M900 Provisioning

Hi,

I've the Snom M900 DECT that seems that doesn't load automatically the provisioning file from 3CX (V18). It displays the syslog error:

loc3 .Info 2021-12-21T15:34:59Z 235-[ RemCfg: Checking for settings]
loc3 .Info 2021-12-21T15:34:59Z 235-[ RemCfg: Attempting fetch of file:
loc3 .Info 2021-12-21T15:35:07Z 235-[ RemCfg: Error loading file]

The only way that works is to put the downloaded provisioning file directly in the M900 web interface configuration upload.

The Snom M900 firmware verion is: IPDECT-V2/05.30/B0002/25-May-2021

I don't know what to do.

Did you provision it exactly as per these steps here?

If the answer is no, then please read the guide and try again.

If the answer is yes, your Snom base might not be able to reach the PBX. In this case please read this and provide us with more information so we can better understand the conditions:

I've found a problem with the spanning tree protocol on the switch. It was the cause of the problem.

One question,

The provisioning link, I have to put it only on the master M900 antenna, in the case I have a multicell envirorment?

Yes that it correct. 3CX is only aware of the master, it is not aware of the multicell configuration.

This is something you manually configure by yourself.

It's correct that PBX shows the second antenna:

Yes, that is simply a detection and does not mean anything.

Select it and click the Reject button to clear it from your list.
