Snom mobile conferenz

Hi Guys,

i could need your help.

We are using the Snom M65.

While a call you can use the conferenz button on the mobile phone, to create a conference.

It is a cool feature, because you can first ask the colleague if he is available to take a call, before you forward a customer call to the colleague in charge.

But since a few days, this feature strikes. When an employee of us want to use this confernce button on the phone, the system says user is denied.

What can i do?

What base is being used?

Also have you tried to factory reset both and reprovision, then try again?

Yes, nothing has worked

I mean, the M65 is just the handset. What DECT base is the phone connecting to?
