SNOM PA1 not answering at times

It works fine but then will reject calls like its busy:





At first i resolved it by rebooting but I have modified the call disconnect settings, updated firmware on the device and the PBX, and swapped the device out but no change. Its currently setup as an extension for Over head paging. I'm just a little lost with this one.

Does the 3CX Activity Log show a 3CX sending an Invite to the sets IP?

Is the set using STUN, behind an SBC, or, on the same LAN as the 3CX Server?

Is this the only set that experiences this?

Did it just start, or has it been ongoing since that set was installed?
