Solved SNOM phone and 3CX

Hi,
I'm having an issue with SNOM phones (720 and 821). Whenever I try to take my voicemail...I can ear all the options but can't press any key on the phone. You can ear the DTMF but they don't do anything. I have a cisco SPA501G and it works fine. for SNOM phone i try all 3 options when provisioning phone. I restarted the phone each time. not luck. the cisco phone works fine.


anyone ....any clue?

Hello @muteddisk

Please make sure that you are using the default templates with the supported firmware and try again. Also are the phones local or remote? what version PBX do you have?

Sloved it by removing codecs and keeping g711u and a only
