Solved Snom phones keeps ringing with 10.1.169.13

Got multiple customers which complain that phones in the same ringgroup keeps ringing for a second or two after one of the phones in the ringgroup picks up the call.
This wasn't the behavior before 3cx supplied firmware 10.1.169.13
They al use the Snom D735

Anyone else who notice this?

p.s Doesnt matter if they are on v18 or v20

Yes. With D717s

Specific behavior:

1. Call comes in
2. Ring group activates, all phones ring
3. 1 phone answers the call
4. The DISPLAYS on the other phone immediately register the calls been answered and go to home screen
5. Phone will finish the ring it was doing when the call was picked up, then one more ring

I contacted 3cx support and they said it was Snom's fault. I checked the phone's UI and couldn't find any relevant settings. I've got 1 customer whos going up the walls on this issue and I have no resolution.

Didn have a change to test the new firmware yet, and rather wait a new firmware update supplied and tested by 3CX.
But the response from snom implies there are some issues with the 10.1.169.13 firmware.

Yes we are getting the same issue with Queues and Snom D717 running 10.1.169.13

I installed the firmware 10.1.175.0 on one phone in the ringgroup and this phone doesnt do the extra ring after this.
I updated my support ticket at snom that the supplied firmware fixes the problem.
So now we have to wait to get the updated firmware provisoned trough 3CX i think.

Snom has been informed (both by us and Snom customers) regarding the issues.
They are working on a newer firmware which should resolve these problems.

As always, we will not be able to release any new firmware before the manufacturers fully tests it with 3CX and releases it to us, so currently no ETA is provided.
