Snom phones lose registration

I have a customer with several snom models 710 715 725 D735 D785.

Suddenly, the phones can make calls but do not ring for incoming calls; if you call them, they immediately go to "no answer." The only solution is to access the phone's interface and re-register.

Hi, the PBX is initially local, so yesterday I personally reset each phone and re-provisioned it. Snom, which had just been re-provisioned, even though it was already aligned, downloaded the firmware from 3CX and installed it. Since a friend then reported an abnormal situation with Fanvil phones that are losing registration, today instead of doing the reset, I re-registered from the dedicated Snom menu. The phones don't ring when you call them; the report says "no answer." They manage to call the extensions, but if you try to reboot them or re-provision them from the 3CX console, they don't perform the operations. After re-registering, the phones start working correctly.

@Alle CTEC in this case you will have to do a wireshark on the PBX side and check the invites that are sent from the PBX to the phones ( if these are Registered ).
If the phones dont respond to this, your next step is to check the logs on the phones in order to see the cause of this.

Please check as my colleague said above, but also tell us does the PBX perhaps have two ethernet controllers?

3CX requires a specific setup if you have more than one NIC. Otherwise, the PBX may end up talking to the phones from NIC2 and they may end up replying to NIC1 and cause them to enter the state you described.

The defect occurred for 2 consecutive mornings and then resolved itself.
