I have a problem with the softphone clients on iOS.
3CX v15 Linux in cloud
3CX iPhone client
Setup early December.

About 2 weeks ago, calls push on mu iPhone stopped working. I didn't change a thing to my configuration.

Everything works fine when app is open on phone, both incoming and outgoing calls.
When phone and/or app on standby, there's no push, phone doesn't flinch.

What happens: people calling hear the classic ringtone (so no busy or unavailable message), after 20 sec they get on VM. iPhone doesn't ring. When phone unlocked and in app, call comes through no problem.

Problem is network independent (tried on 3 different wifi networks and 2 different 4G networks).
Deleted and reinstalled the client.
Deleted and reconfigured extension.
Reprovisioned phone.
Restarted 3CX server.

Any advice or might this be a bug in the latest version of iphone client?

Hello @Oogaboo

Please check your update section under "Other" and make sure that you have the latest IOS certificate installed. Then send a new welcome email and try again

Thanks, done... problem solved!

This sounds like a problem we are having. Can you explain where this certificate is installed exactly. I have looked for program data under program files and don't see anything. Also don't see "other" under the update section.

Hello @Mark Anderson

If you do not see the other section under the updates then you have nothing pending there for installation therefore the latest push certificate is installed. The program Data folder is a hidden folder and it is not under Program files. Open a windows explorer and type %programdata% in the address bar. Windows will take you there.
