SoftPhone Over LTE now working

Good day,
i noticed thats Android softphone working great over 3G and H , but over LTE its not working at all ? any reason ?

You don't say which provider you are using. I have not had any problems using the phone over LTE, with my provider.

In theory, if it works over 3G, then it should work over 4G/LTE unless the provider is deliberately blocking something.

If you list your provider/location, then others, using the same provider can tell you if they are experiencing the same issue.
