Soho66 Sip Registration problem

I have registered my Sip trunk with details from soho66 and incoming calls are working but i cant call out.

If it something simple i have missed?

Make sure your outbound routes are sending the numbers in the right format. Refer to your provider for the exact format (if a supported one, it should be indicated on the 3CX docs page.)

Also, check the Activity Log and Events to see if you get any common errors.

Hi

I cant find any guides or help as this isnt a supported sip provider

I get the following error

Call or Registration to ***********@(Ln.10000@Soho66) has failed. ***.**.***.** replied: 603 Declined; from IP:***.**.***.**:8060

I have emailed soho66 and they said.

The following is incorrect

(Ln.10000@Soho66)

This should be the 10 digit VoiP username @sbc.soho66.co.uk

But i have no idea, what to change as there a vast amount of options to change

Anyone managed to get soho66 to work?

Which IP did you hash out?

If that is the IP for your sip then you have not been enabled for outbound calls...

You can get the IP of the trunk by pinging the SIP URL.

Clearly soho66 hasn't looked at your issue as this is the internal PBX extension for the trunk that is not sent to the provider. The "10000" number is to help you figure out which trunk has the issue (you can actually search with this number in the SIP Trunks section).
So since they are declining your registration request I would recommend contacting them and asking them why is your registration being rejected.

I am guessing "sbc.soho66.co.uk" is your registrar and you should add your 10 digit number and your auth ID. Or preferably use a supported provider to avoid all the guessing work.
