I have a large license, and we would like to play one hold music for people going through our Sales Queue, and antoher hold music for people going through our Support queue. Is there any support for setting 2 different hold music sources? I was thinking about maybe finding someway to use the line in for one, and an MP3 on the other, but I can't figure that out. Are there any 3cx addons that can help me achieve what I want to do? Thanks for your assistance.
