Solved: 3CX Assistant -Change Launch Call Method

In 3CX Assistant (v9.0.13537.0), I cannot change the Launch Call Method from 3CXPhone to Call via PBX.
I go to File -> Preferences -> Dialing. I select Call via PBX and click OK. The Assistant seems to reconnect to 3CX (v9 SP4). When I double click on a recently called number, the 3CXPhone pops up. I go back into Preferences and the Launch Call Method has reverted back to 3CXPhone.

My connection is set to Auto Provisioned. Is this normal, or is there a setting in the PBX or Assisnt I should be looking at.

After some fiddling around I got it to work.

I had to enable then disable the Provision 3CX with 3CXPhone Integration in the Extension -> 3CXPhone/Assistant Provisioning.
