Solved Solved - "Accept multiple calls" not working?

Hi,

I'm trying to receive multiple calls whilst in a call already.

Right now ... when the inbound number is dialled, it will go to a RingGroup which only has Ext 200. If another call comes in whilst Ext 200 is in a call, it will go straight to voicemail.

I already have "Accept multiple calls" enabled but incoming calls still go to voicemail.

Ring groups do not follow 'Accept Multiple calls' settings i.e. it ignores this setting

3CX system will poll each member of the ring group at the start of the call, and will only ring phones which are available. If none are available to goes to 'Destination if no answer'
