Solved: Can't download update SP2

We have installed version Verion 9 Build 13545. And on the 3CX Phone Service Packs/Updates there is a security Update waiting. I can Select the update but the download button thays grayed out?

How can we solve this or download SP2 and install IT

Are you logged into the 3cx windows console on the pbx machine? That is the only way to do it - not through the web browser. The web browser just displays it to let you know there is an update, but you have to log into the windows console to do the download.
