We've configured our existing 3CX Trunk and it's all working as intended for our main line.
The issue we have is that I can't get any calls incoming for our other other DIDs which have been configured as DIDs on the Trunk (441, not 01).
This worked a couple of weeks back when tested, but they've suddenly stopped working.
I've spoken to the SIP provider and they assure me this isn't an issue on their end.
Is there anything I can try here to get them to work? We have a sister company in the same building which needs a separate inbound number.
