Solved SOLVED recieving whatsapp messages but unbale to reply - get little red crosses

Hi, set up WhatsApp integration today, when i sent 1st message from mobile and heard my 3cx app ping, I celebrated a little too soon, because i cant reply to the incoming messages, I get a little red x and the sender doesn't get the replies :-(

I'm hoping it is a simple thing i have missed?

Do you see any errors in the event log?

Good Point Nikolas and yes loads!! I'll go do what it says tokens or permissions and try again - thanks very much - forgot to look there
