SOLVED[Skype] G8way conf prog already in use by another user

When I try to bring the GUI for the 3CX Gateway for Skype the following message shows:

"Gateway configuration program is already in use by another computer user, please try again later"

Pretty frustrating indeed. There are no other users in this system and terminal services are off.

XP HOME WILL NOT WORK. USE XP PROFESSIONAL.
