Some Phones with different settings

Hello,

we have multiple snomD785 in our Organisation with hotdesking. Some of the Phones dont get the configuration all the other Phones have.
These Phones are in Englisch but we want to change them to German. If i change the settings to German, overnight they loose these Settings,
which is expected, because they re-provision over night. But how can it be, that some phones are in english, while all the other phones are in German.
Where can i change these settings. Is there a template i can change? Because of hotdesking these phones arent connected to a extension, right?

Hi Finn,

The template cannot be changed for hot desking phones, let us know if the below advice helps:


1. Firstly, please confirm that all the D785 phones are running FW version 10.1.84.15 and that your PBX is updated to V18 Update 3 (Build 461).

2. Then, go to the hotdesking page, edit each HD0000x extension individually, and ensure that German language is selected, and press OK to save.

You do not need to wait overnight for reprovisioning to occur. You can do it manually like so if wish to test your system
