is this message coming from 3cx cloud ?

We are able to receive incoming calls.

On 2 cell phones and 1 fanvil VOIP phone, I get this message.

Sorry you are not allow to make calls at this time (recording attaching attempted). It is a .m4a file (Could this file type be allowed?) It is a common audio extension from iOS.

Here is what I got back from VoiceMeUp:

We have identified that one of our customers is using the same 3CX IP address in static and that caused the problem.

We have corrected the situation, can you please try again

Is "3CX IP address" the FQDN or the IPv4 /6 ?

The message "Sorry, you are not allow to make calls at this time <dial tone>" was coming from VMU (not 3cx).

IP address is either IPv4 or 6, overall it would seem the same actual server. Sounds like they were assuming all connections to them from that server were that one account.
