Solved Sort Option on Desktop App

Hi Team,

Hope you're having a good day.

We just like to know if there is a "Sort" option in place on the Desktop App that we can utilize such as Alphabetical, By extension number, or status?

I think this will help customers that have a large number of extensions. I've attached a photo of one of our customers that trying to have a feel on the Desktop app after the upgrade.

Hi @Gilroy,

If you click the three dots at the bottom >> Settings >> View, you can sort the extensions by extension number.

From the Management Console >> Advanced >> Contacts >> Options, you can change the display to Last Name, First Name or First Name, Last Name.

If you select sort by extension Last Name, First Name remember that sorting by extension number will overwrite the prior selections:
