SP1 appears in phone call history

Scenario is as follows: Ext 201 answers a call, and parks. Ext 202 retrieves parked call. In Ext 202 call log on Yealink T46S phones, SP2 shows up in the call history, *NOT* the original callerID of the caller. How do I fix this?

Make sure that under the extension settings / Options / Troubleshooting the options "Supports Re-Invite" and "Support Replaces header" are enabled and that these options are not enabled under your trunk settings.
