Coincidentally realised that when 3CX is on speaker, all sound is emitted from the bottom speaker, not the top speaker.

This could explain why people say they can barely hear me as the microphone and bottom speaker is on top on each other.

What defines where the "on speaker" sound is emitted from?

Hello @Paradigm Software,

Usually loudspeaker uses the speaker of the devices and not the ear speaker which sometimes is located on the top of the device or on the bottom. However, if the speaker of the devices is on the bottom then the loudspeaker sound will use the bottom speaker plus the mic which also located on the bottom of the phone and of course it depends of the manufacture. For example, on motoG4 the loudspeaker use the upper speaker of the device.
Could you please make a test for us? Make a GSM call and put the phone on loudspeaker and check which speaker the GSM call use and then make the same test with 3CX app. Does it have the same behavior? If yes, then it not is an issue.

Thank you
