so I was wondering if the software supports this type of phone I know usually when it’s a sip phone there is a way to configure it. I was wondering if there was a way to do that I also attached documentation to Help. Better understand about the scenario. If anyone has any details, let me know.

yet again, somebody likes to just assume not supporting anything. Read the message and double check your findings. I would like to have somebody reply with an actual answer then assuming that that is not supported and that there’s no way to use it.
