Hi there,
It would be awesome to get some help on this setup as it's a bit complicated.
The client has a dedicated optus link for SIP only and the internet connection is provided via another router. As setup, it's all fully functional, however we are having very random dropouts on some calls a few times a week and when transferring or putting calls on hold. Most of the time it works, however randomly these issues occur.
Setup as follows:
When trying to troubleshoot with the SIP provider, they can see the external IP address of the INTERNET connection is in the packet and it's a routing issue. I would think this is the case as the internet external IP address is hard coded within 3CX?
Thanks for your help,
Rod

Setup as follows:
- 3CX 15.5 sp3 (Newest) with Cisco SPAXXX phones
- Installed on Linux image from 3CX
- Linux server has static routes to SIP provider router when connecting to SIP or RTP
- All other internet traffic would go out of other router
- There are 2 trunk rules 1 for outbound and 1 for inbound
- outbound rule has proxy of the SIP provided gateway
- Most other setting are default
