Hello Geniuses!

I am trying to run a split SMS function between my Twilio Studio Flow and 3CX.

When a user sends a keyword to my phone number, I want the automated chat bot that I've built in Twilio to run and complete the flow. If a user sends anything else, I want that input sent to 3CX and my agents will be able to respond in our 3CX messaging portal.

I am running into trouble as I keep getting a HTTP/2 204 No Content but my parameters are set correctly.

Any thoughts for a solution?

Thank you!

204 is an OK response. So perhaps something else is at fault.

You should be able to simply forward the whole initial payload to the 3CX SMS webhook and let it handle the rest.

Interesting; would this be an option with WhatsApp?

I found a few problems within my setup. After more in depth reading, I decided to move forward with a different process. 3CX cannot accept data in the way I had it set up which is why I was getting a "No Content" error.

I'm actually glad this happened. I found a better process to capture customer leads and then drive those leads to our website to Chat Live.

Thanks for your input!

I found that my issue was trying to set my Studio Flow as my primary and the webhook as the secondary for fall back. When I switched, setting the webhook to the primary and Studio Flow as secondary, the chat bot broke. I couldn't get it to work so I created a difference process to capture the leads which I found works better than my initial setup.

Thanks for your input.
