SSL Activation Issue

I have version 18 Build 1608 on Debian 9 Cloud Hosted
DNS is set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

This is the error I'm getting: Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activation.3cx.com
I am not able to reach activation.3cx.com via ping. I can reach activate.3cx.com via ping.
If the machine is looking for activation how do I change it to activate?

Hi!

The version can no longer activate.
We had sent out multiple mailers from October-November 2021 until February 2022 informing admins that they needed to update minimum to V18 Update 2.

At this point your only option is:

1. Take a Full Backup of your current system and download it to your local machine.
2. Uninstall your current 3CX
3. Re-install the latest version of V18
4. Restore your backup during the re-installation process.
