SSL Certificate renewal has been failed.

I am getting an error with 3CX. "SSL Certificate renewal has been failed. Error: SSL certificate failed due to network conditions. Unable to reach Certificate Issuing Servers. We�ll try again in a couple of hours."
I am able to see the license registration fine. I do see the certificate is valid and it expires Monday, May 23, 2022. So I am not sure what is going on.
Version 18.0 (Build 461). AWS Lightsail Linux Debian server. Fully updated.

There could been issue with let’s encrypt servers

i would reboot your 3cx server, and see what happens on next renewal

I already did but no luck. I may just do a fresh install if I can't figure it out.

Hi!

How did you initially install your 3CX, did you use the Deployment Wizard from the 3CX Customer Portal or the Marketplace image? Or some other method of installing?

It is possible that this is happening because your 3CX installation cannot contact the 3CX Activation server.
Have you maybe made any changes to the instanced that could block any outbound traffic towards the 3CX Server?
Log into your Management Console and in the Dashboard, click on your License Key and then press the "Refresh License Key Information" button to see if any errors appear.

If the issue remains, please send me the FQDN of this installation in a PM for me to check.

I used the deployment wizard from the 3cx portal. There is no error when i press the refresh license key.

Can you try forcing a certificate renewal

If this doesn't work, check if you are getting an IPv6 address on your VM, and if yes, try to disable and leave only the IPv4.
Check with AWS in case there are any special instructions and things you need to be cautious about when disabling IPv6, but on a normal on-prem Debian, you can disable IPv6
