SSL problem on xxx.3cx.at

Hello,

we use the default companyname.3cx.at

However when trying to access companyname.3cx.at I get a "Secure Connection Failed". "Error code: SEC_ERROR_BAD_SIGNATURE".

I can also not use the android apps due to that.

We use V20. It was working before the upgrade.

Any suggestions on what to do?

From your browser check the certificate as pre screenshot below. What certificate authority does it show there?

you mean under license details? When I klick the "refresh" button I get "Valid" with my License details.

Can you please try and check again the certificate from another public ip outside your network and let us know if this is still the case?

When I access the url from a public IP outside of our network I get the SSL-Certificate generated by our firewall. I guess that is no right?

Yes there seems to be an issue from your firewall.
