SSO Limit - 650?

On documentation to set up SSO, it states that the limit is for 650 users within 3CX. Can this limit be changed? Seems odd that it can't be changed.

The limitation is for the Synchronization and not for the SSO specifically. In the guide Microsoft 365 Integration, it states that the sync will work for up to 650 users. This limitation cannot be changed.
