Start and Stop Recordings Issue

Hi,

We have an issue where the permission that allows users to start and stop recording (credit cards, etc) keeps being removed.

We put the permission back a few days later its removed again. Last night we restarted the 3CX hosted instance. Is there an activity log that records this type of change?

Anyone have any ideas why this happening

Have you checked the audit log if another user enable that option?
