Start client in CPI mode

Hi,
I have installed the client on our Wndows server 2008 R2 SBS in Terminal Server Mode.
The client start always in Softphone mode, I wan to start it in CIT mode at logon.
How could I configure this ?

Hello @JChill,

You can do this by going to Extensions > Double click on the Windows Phone > Phone Provisioning > Scroll down to Preferences and select IP Phone. You will then need to exit and start the Windows Client.
