Solved Start Webmeeting now -> url error

Hello,

I'm having a problem with Webmeeting and creating a conference without scheduling.

Whether with the application or the WEB interface, if you create a conference, the page displayed is https://wm-cdn.3cx.net/static/error/webmeeting-troubleshoot.html.

This problem occurs in at least two different configurations.
I have checked the settings and cannot find the problem.
The system worked perfectly.

Any ideas?

J'ai un problème avec Webmeeting et la création d'une conférence sans planification.
Que ce soit avec l'application ou l'interface WEB, si on crée une conférence, la page affichée est https://wm-cdn.3cx.net/static/error/webmeeting-troubleshoot.html.

Ce problème se produit dans au moins deux configurations différentes.
J'ai contrôlé les paramètres et je ne trouve pas le problème.
Le système fonctionnait parfaitement.

Quelqu'un a une idée?

The solution is...

1. Edit the extension
2. Go to Click2Talk/Click2Meet and disabled them (if enabled)
3. Go to Voicemail tab and disable it
4. remove email address from extension
5. Press OK to save
6. Edit extension again and add email back
7. Enable Click2Talk/Click2Meet and Voicemail (if needed)
8. Press OK to save
