Startup Pro Voicemail-to-Text feature missing

Hello,
I purchased the Startup Pro Hosted version to gain the Voicemail-to-Text feature as advertised on the 3CX Pricing page. I'm not able to find settings anywhere to access this feature.

Can you direct me to the correct place?

Unfortunately the feature is not yet available on StartUP. It is on the roadmap to be implemented as StartUP is still being heavily developed. I am not sure what the EAT is however.
If this is the only feature you need from PRO then we can offer you a refund. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
