Trying out startUP for the first time. Very familiar with normal 3CX hosted and selfhosted, so not a newbie.

When i click the https://xxxx.3cx.cloud/webclient i login, then just get it looping with a message of "disconnected, trying again"

Checked the console log in chrome, and the error is http 429... ie too many requests. Not doing anything other than trying to login, so clearly something wrong with 3cx.

Same this is happening here. My company has their own self hosted system, no issues. Helping a new school startup get going with their own startUP portal. Got everything working a week ago, but the last few days it's been looping at "disconnected" like you describe.
Steps tried:
  • Tried different internet connection.
  • Tried different browsers.
  • Tried fresh install of browser and guest mode to rule out extensions.
  • Tried loggin into 3cx portal and accessing from "My systems".
Pretty sure at this point it's not me just doing something wrong.

Hey, so I have the shared hosting so I can't restart the server since it's managed by 3CX, however on web client I get the message "Disconnected. Reconnecting in X seconds. Try Now." This is true on Chromium Edge and Firefox. Windows Desktop app says "Disconnected. Waiting for network." Android also just spins. This was also tried from 3 different IP addresses.

From other threads, it was advised to check Dev Console in Chrome. This shows an error 429, which Google tells me means insufficient resources. Being how I have little to no control over this, is there anything I can do? Dead in the water right now otherwise.

It's fixed for me. Thank you for your time.

Hi team,

We have had about 5 customers complain about this today over NZ and Aus. Is there any cause or fix?
Some have ended up signing up again to fix the issue.

Hi @Oliver_Aatrox I'll PM you so we gather more info on this issue.

Thanks, checking.

This was happening a bunch with me today too. I was able to login after creating a new private window in safari. Seems like an issue with cache…
