Static Lines in Voicemail

Hi Everyone,

We've recently moved to DigitalOcean from On-Prem and now using the latest 3CX version. We received a voicemail from one of our clients and the audio recording was choppy static sound. Is this related to the 3cx configuration or issue with our SIP trunk provider?

I'll try. But do you have any idea what's causing it?

Most common cause for VoIP choppiness is bandwidth.
1) Can you reproduce if you are calling from your cell phone
2) do you have more than one VM like that?
3) is it always with the same client or not?

Before you can find the cause, you need to investigate the scenarios.

I tried to reproduce the issue and didn't get any static lines on the VM so yeah probably on the end user side.
