Status Name Change

Hi, we currently have 5 Status' that agents can set themselves as;

Available
Away
Do Not Disturb
Lunch
Business Trip

We don't have use for Do not Disturb and Business Trip, but we would like to instead have "Break" and "Logged Out". Is it possible to change the names of those two Status'? or perhaps add two more Status' in?

Currently you can only rename "Lunch" and "Business Trip". You can do so by navigating to Settings / PBX. If this does not meet your requirements then you could raise a thread in the ideas section like @eddv123 suggested.
